Notove is currently under development. The service aims to provide web-based AI assistants that support healthcare professionals with non-clinical, administrative tasks such as documentation, letters, and routine communications.

To use our Services, you must:

3. Waitlist Enrollment
Joining the waitlist allows us to keep you informed about product progress and upcoming availability. Submitting your email or other information on the waitlist form does not guarantee:
Early access to the product
Inclusion in any pilot or beta program
Any formal relationship with Notove
We reserve the right to determine who receives early or full access.
4. Use of the Services (Once Released)
Once Notove is available, your use of the platform will be subject to:
Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose and not for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activities.
License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for your internal business or professional use.
5. User Content and Data
When the platform becomes active, you may be able to input, upload, or generate content (e.g., form data, notes, messages) as part of using Notove. You retain ownership of your data, but you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
All content submitted must:

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notove shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
Loss of revenue, profits, or data;
Errors or omissions in content generated by the system.
Our total liability in connection with these Terms or the Services will not exceed $100 USD or the amount paid by you to use the Services, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in any harmful behavior. You may also stop using the Services at any time. These Terms will remain in effect even after termination.
